Your role as Internal Sales Specialist

As our Internal Sales Specialist, you will be a pivotal part of our Internal Sales team, playing a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting both internal teams and Global Account Managers. Here's what you'll do:

  • Handle project-related RFQs and prepare quotations, including follow-up and finalizing orders.
  • Manage ongoing contracts and ensure accurate distribution to the correct production companies.
  • Maintain close communication with customers via various platforms (e.g., VW Portal) and ensure their needs are met.
  • Support the Global Account Manager in internal and external communication.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize sales data to prepare reports and track performance.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service and internal processes.

Your profile

You recognize yourself in the following profile and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with professionalism.
  • Customer-oriented, always aim to deliver excellent service.
  • Proactive, with a strong drive to take initiative and make things happen.
  • Networking comes naturally to you, and you enjoy building strong relationships.
  • A team player, communicating effectively and collaborating well with others.
  • A passion for working in an international environment and eager to grow in your career.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Dutch. Excellent command of spoken and written English (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
