Your job consists of finding the best candidates for our clients, with whom we have an exclusive partnership. You address these candidates in your own unique way. You do this alone, but also by sparring with a team of experienced and novice Recruiters and Consultants.
What does your work look like?
Diverse. We don't want you to spend all day on just one task, and you probably don't want that either. That way, we can best discover together your strengths where you would like to develop yourself further. Below is a selection of the main activities:

Sourcing the best candidates through your most advanced version of LinkedIn;

Approach candidates in a playful, personal way;

You speak to candidates by phone and do an initial screening;

Interviewing candidates digitally and face-to-face;

You recruit specifically for your client, for multiple positions at the same time. You manage this client yourself (of course, you can always fall back on and spar with a committed Consultant) and you will sporadically attend them on site;

You follow up on commercial leads.
Who are we?
Habilis was founded almost 25 years ago and has built a strong name within the industry. We recruit and select (senior) management professionals throughout the Netherlands. Since January 2022, we started Habilis Evolution. From this branch, we focus on undergraduate and graduate candidates, from starters to experienced managers.
We are an enterprising group of people, always looking at new opportunities, working in a modern way and versatile in our services. From our fully restyled office in Eindhoven, we work in total with about 30 employees within Habilis, of which seven specifically within Habilis Evolution.

If you meet the following requirements:-
You have completed an MBO or Bachelor;

You are proactive and communicative;

You want to spar at a high level with candidates and clients.

Furthermore, we train you as an expert within the labour market. You look into many different kitchens, get to know organisational structures and learn to understand what, for example, an HR Business Partner, GL Accountant, Strategic Project Manager and a Head of Business Office do.
